Hi, I'm Kasia!
In 2018 I obtained a master’s degree in psychology. I like to challenge myself, so I decided to change my development path a bit. I decided to start User Experience Design / Product Design studies at the SWPS University in Warsaw, which I finished in June 2021. I got to know the UX term at work when I was an IT recruiter and I felt that it is a direction in which I would like to develop.Â
At the beginning of 2023, I finished my internship as a Product Designer at OLX. I’m currently looking for something new opportunities where I could further develop my skills and broaden my knowledge. For half a year, when I was learning the secrets of creating products, I discovered that this is something I would like to do in the future. I’m open to every possibility of development and learning and I’m happy to talk about new challenges. Even though it’s only the beginning of 2023, I feel that I can spread my wings much more.

Katarzyna has been an instrumental part of my web development team for 6 months and without a shadow of a doubt, I would love to work with Katarzyna again in the future as she is a jack of all trades. During our work together she has been very consistent on her design delivery and she has demonstrated a great problem solving attitude when faced with some challenges and limitations of our product and technology. She has been able to navigate these with confidence and her communication throughout the discovery and delivery process has been immaculate - she has no problem articulating her thoughts clearly (regardless of the language - polish or english) and she adapts quickly to the changing requirements and the fact pace that is implied when working in a product team. On top of her specialist skills, Katarzyna is great at building positive atmosphere in the team and making sure everyone feels good as part of her team.
